Coming to Fort Bragg this summer, internationally renowned pianist, Frederick Hodges will be presenting 2 Classics from
Hollywood's Silver Screen, with Mr. Hodges performing his original film scores on the magnificent Falcone grand piano. On
Saturday, August 24, Harold Lloyd's comedic masterpiece, "Safety Last!", will be shown, along with short comedies
featuring Laurel and Hardy at their finest. On Sunday, August 25, it's the absolute Grand-daddy of swashbuckling, "action"
films, "The Mark of Zorro" starring Douglas Fairbanks, in his role that defined a new cinematic genre.
This event will also
include a Silent Auction of terrific items and bargains galore, a generous concession counter providing beer and wine and all one's favorite movie snacks and soft drinks, and vintage music records played on an authentic model "Victor Talking
Machine" phonograph. Both performances will take place at the Eagles Hall of Fort Bragg, located at 210 N. Corry Street.
The showtimes will be Saturday night at 7:30 pm, and at 2:30 pm for the Sunday matinee, with the box office and doors opening
at 6:30 pm and 1:30 pm, respectively, allowing ample time to take seats and grab some popcorn. Be sure to arrive early for an
